4. What We Store (and What We Don't)
Free tool (no account):
- We do NOT store the personal email addresses you verify when you use the free tool without an account
- Verification results are cached temporarily (72 hours) for performance, then deleted
Batch jobs (signed-in users):
When you use batch verification while signed in, we store your job results (including verified emails and names) in your account so you can revisit and export them. We keep this data for 30 days, after which it is automatically deleted. We do not sell or share this data with third parties.
We are NOT an email database:
- We do NOT build or sell contact databases
- We do NOT share your verification or batch results with third parties
- We only retain domain-level patterns (e.g., "company.com uses first.last format") for service improvement
5. How We Share Your Information
We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: Third-party companies that help us operate our Service (payment processing, hosting, analytics)
- Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights and safety
